bcoz gambhir is older than omkar and younger than nakul,he has to be mihir.also gambhir's age cannot be 40 bcoz omkar is younger than him and there is o option 30 here.for the same reason his age cant be 45.so he's 50 yr old.so omkar becomes 40 yr old.omkar-40 and ingle-50 ,so both are different.
So the persons are (Mihir gambhir),(nakul ingle),(omkar hebale).

given gambhir is 10 years older to omkar then apparently omkar is 40yrs and gambir is 50yrs old.now ingle is 45 and nakul younger than gamhir hence only mihir is left whose surname could be gambhir.as ingle is 45 and omkar 40 hence omkar's surname is hebale and last one is nakul ingle so to sum it up

Name of the engineers along with their age are as follows:
Omkar Hebale-40 years old
Nakul Ingle-45 years old
Mihir Gambhir-50 years old
Explanation:
As there are only 2 ages that differ by 10(40 and 50 respectively) Mr.Gambhir is 50 years old and Mr.Omkar is 40 years old. It is given thar Mr.Ingle is 45 years old. The left out surname is Hebale obviously 40 years old. Hence Omkar Hebale is 40 years old is found out. As Nakul is younger than Gambhir,Mihir Gambhir will be 50 years old and Nakul Ingle 45 years old.
